For families we have cared for

Would you tell the next family?

Somewhere in Washington County tonight, someone is sitting up late trying to work out whether it is time and who they can trust with their mother. They do not know us. What they can read is what families like yours have said.

If you are in the middle of this right now, please close this page. We never ask families for anything while care is going on. This is here for afterwards, whenever afterwards turns out to be — and if that is never, that is completely all right.

Why it helps someone you will never meet

When a family starts looking for hospice, they are usually frightened and working with very little. Most have never done this before. They are choosing between names on a screen with no way to tell which one will actually answer the phone at three in the morning.

A few sentences from someone who has been through it is worth more to them than anything we could write about ourselves. You would be telling them what to expect and that the relief they are hoping for is real.

There is no obligation here at all and nothing changes for you either way. If you would rather not, please do not give it another thought.

Whichever is easier for you

Some families want to say something publicly, so the next one finds it. Others would rather tell us directly. Both are genuinely welcome and we are not going to nudge you toward one or the other.

Where the next family will see it

Two taps, on your phone. It goes on our Google listing, which is exactly where someone searching for hospice in southern Utah ends up.

Write a few words on Google

You will need to be signed in to a Google account — most phones already are.

Just for us

Comes straight to our team and goes nowhere else. Use this if something went wrong, or if you would simply rather not write in public.

Send a private note

Send us a private note

Anything you want to say is welcome — it does not need to be tidy or long. Please do not include medical details, diagnoses, or anything from a medical record, only because a web form is not a private enough place for that. If you need to talk about clinical matters, call us on 435-635-1001 and we will talk properly.

If something went wrong

Then please tell us and tell us plainly. We would far rather hear it than not and it is how we get better for the family after yours. You also have the right to raise a concern with Medicare directly — using it changes nothing about anyone's care, the number is on your admission paperwork and we will happily hand it to you again.

Thank you

Whether or not you write anything, thank you for trusting us with someone you love. That was never a small thing and we know it.
