Hospice nursing, the way you got into nursing to do it

Small caseloads. Time in the room. A medical director who answers the phone. If you have been carrying twenty patients and charting in your car at 9pm, we would like to talk to you.

Open roles

Who we are looking for

We hire for temperament as much as for credentials. Clinical skill we can verify; the instinct to sit down instead of standing in a doorway is harder to teach.

Full-time · Part-time · PRN

Registered Nurse (RN) — Hospice Case Manager

Own a small caseload of patients across Washington County. Assess, manage symptoms with our medical director, teach families and be the person a family trusts at the hardest time of their lives.

What we ask

  • Active Utah RN license (or compact privilege) in good standing
  • Reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license and current auto insurance
  • Hospice or home health experience welcome — strong med-surg, oncology, or long-term care nurses are trained up
  • Willingness to take part in the on-call rotation
Full-time · Part-time · PRN

Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)

The person patients see most and often love most. Bathing, grooming, mouth care, repositioning and the steady presence that makes a hard day bearable.

What we ask

  • Current Utah CNA certification in good standing
  • Reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license and current auto insurance
  • Patience, discretion and a stomach for honest work
  • No hospice experience required; we will teach you the rest

You will not be thrown in alone. Hospice is different from every other setting, and we pair you with someone experienced until the work feels like yours.

Also accepting applications from social workers, chaplains, massage therapists and volunteers. Tell us what you do and we will find the fit.

Why work here

A small team, and none of them working alone

Caseloads you can actually carry

Our 10 out of 10 Hospice Care Index score exists because our nurses have time to make the visits. That is a staffing decision and we protect it.

Locally owned

Decisions are made here, by people who also go out on visits — not by a regional office in another state looking at a spreadsheet.

Real backup on call

After-hours calls come to our own team. When you need clinical support at 2am, you get a colleague — not an answering service and a callback list.

Training that isn’t a slideshow

We mentor new hospice nurses and CNAs with someone experienced beside them until they feel ready — not a folder of modules and a caseload.

A medical director who picks up

Dr. Radley is genuinely reachable. Symptom management moves in hours, not at the next scheduled meeting.

Compensation & details

Pay, mileage and benefits are discussed openly on the first call — we won’t make you sit through three interviews to find out.

Apply

No résumé required to start the conversation. Leave your name and number and we will call you.

We will call or email you back. Please don’t include Social Security numbers, dates of birth, or licence numbers in this form — we collect those securely later.
